Position Summary:
The Senior Talent Executive plays a critical role in securing high-profile bookings for a diverse roster of multimedia clients. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while maintaining a fast-paced, high-performance team environment. Working within a dynamic team and reporting directly to an SVP, this role demands exceptional organizational skills, a proven ability to thrive under pressure, and a dedication to upholding CTB's reputation for results, professionalism, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs.
- Manage and execute multiple bookings concurrently for a portfolio of clients.
- Provide strategic booking guidance, research, and support to clients.
- Booking Execution:
- Proactively identify and pursue booking opportunities across various platforms and mediums.
- Strategically manage high-volume outreach, crafting compelling pitch letters and emails to secure top-tier bookings.
- Work with the team to ensure all details of the bookings are flawlessly executed.
- Thrive under pressure with constant deadlines, maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, embodying CTB's commitment to teamwork.
- Participate in mentoring junior bookers, fostering talent development within the company.
- Professional Representation:
- Represent CTB with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, industry professionals, and partners.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Market Awareness:
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging talent, and evolving media opportunities in the entertainment, media and creator space.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent booking, preferably within the creator sphere or entertainment industry.
- Experience handling multiple clients in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Strong network of industry contacts, including established positive relationships with publicists and managers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to professionalism.
