Joanna Jordan, Founder and CEO of Central Talent Booking, is a leading figure and pioneer in the talent booking business. She was the first to start her own company and built Central Talent Booking into one of the most sought after celebrity booking agencies. Joanna knows the business inside and out and has booked a broad range of celebrities for television and podcasts over the past 30 years. After beginning her career in London working on several shows, she moved to New York with a British production company named Planet 24. In 1995, Joanna joined The Late Show with David Letterman as the premiere talent executive. She managed the talent department and booked the nightly lead guest as part of a team that won five Emmy Awards. Joanna founded Central Talent Booking in 1999 in a small home office. Today, CTB includes branches in New York, Los Angeles, and London that secure top bookings for a variety of media outlets and special events.
Kellie has been with CTB since September 2002. Her passion for late-night talk shows grew in college at UW-Madison and after landing her dream internship at Late Show with David Letterman, she packed her bags, moved to NYC and the rest is history! Just a few of the clients she has booked talent for over the years include O, The Oprah Magazine, JANE magazine, and Latina magazine, the CFDA Fashion Awards, Webby Awards, Backstage at the Grammy’s and The People’s Choice Awards, Style.com, Younghollywood.com, XM/Sirius and The Wanda Sykes Show. In 2007, Kellie made the move to LA and has been in-house booking the guests at Jimmy Kimmel Live! since 2010.
With over 20 years of experience – including The Late Show with David Letterman and Jimmy Kimmel Live! – and a background in film and publishing, Celia has worked on award winning entertainment and news television shows, podcasts and live events. She uses her expertise to strategize with clients on timely bookings and long-term planning on content for a wide spectrum of talent – from timely topical news and human interest to politics and sports – including Super Bowl MVPs to sports legends, Presidents to 5-year-old presidential experts, Nobel Prize Winners and cinematic legends, the engaging, the beloved, and the outrageous.
Senior Talent Executive, Head of Los Angeles office
Lindsey is an Emmy winning Talent Executive and Producer. She moved to Los Angeles after graduating from The Ohio State University. Following a two-year stint as a celebrity assistant, she moved into production; helping to launch CBS’s The Talk, first as an Executive Assistant and then as an Associate Producer. In 2012, she joined the CTB family as a Talent Coordinator, before eventually working her way up to the Head of our Los Angeles Office. She has been the Project Manager on a number of CTB clients including: WTF with Marc Maron, Turning the Tables with Robin Roberts, Celebrity Jeopardy!, Impractical Jokers, STEVE, The Year with Robin Roberts, Masterchef Jr., ESPN’s Sportsnation, Face to Face with Becky G, Long Island Medium, Cari and Jemele Won’t Stick to Sports, Straight Up with Steve Austin, Crank Yankers, Under a Rock with Tig Notaro, The Cube, and Who Wants to be a Millionaire?.
Clare got her start in media working for The Evening Standard and Wonderland Magazine before transitioning to Princess Productions where she worked for Emma Hardy, working on projects such as T4 and The iTunes Festival. In 2013, she joined the Central Talent Booking team in Los Angeles and later New York working on projects such as The Queen Latifah Show, Entertainment Weekly, People, InStyle, Buzzfeed, Sports Illustrated, Sothebys and Wondery. Clare is now back in the UK, where she helped launch the London office while still working across a wide variety of stateside projects which include Call Her Daddy, The Ringer, Red Table Talk, Project Runway, ABC’s The Year, Makers and Sharecare amongst others.
Brina has over 25 years of experience working with celebrity and influencer talent for industry leaders such as Viacom and The Walt Disney Company. Her career in talent and love for comedy began working for the talent team at Comedy Central scouting for up and coming comedians and handling talent relations with network talent. It was here she built a relationship with Joanna Jordan and the newly formed Central Talent Booking (CTB). In 2004, Brina joined CTB as Head of the West Coast managing a team of talent bookers securing celebrities for some of CTB’s key clients. In 2010, Brina joined MTV as VP of Celebrity Talent working across all MTV channels. In 2015, Brina traded in the California sunshine for the UK’s 50 shades of grey. Working for The Walt Disney Company in London, Brina oversaw casting and influencer talent strategies across Europe. Back where she belongs, Brina is now on her second tour with CTB helping launch its London office while working across many key clients. Reunited and it feels so good!
Nikol’s passion for entertainment started at a very early age. After graduating at San Diego State University, she started her career in radio, and then moved to LA where she started in television production. With more than 12 years of experience in the entertainment industry, and influenced by both American and Hispanic cultures, she is inspired by the positive impact entertainment has on people’s live.
She joined CTB in 2016 and has enjoyed working a wide variety of projects from broadcast, digital, podcast to live events, including: Wondery’s Life is Short with Justin Long, Baby, Wondery’s This is Keke Palmer, American Valor: A Salute To Our Heroes, National’s Memorial Day Parade, ABC’s Celebrity Wheel of Fortune, Facebook’s Face to Face with Becky G, Red Table Talk: The Estefans, The Year with Robin Roberts, YouTube’s Tab Time with Tabitha Brown, among many others!
Stephanie has been working in the entertainment industry for the last decade since she graduated from Colgate University. Most recently, she worked at ABC News for over 5 years on the production side. She used her creativity and hard-work across the network and rose through the ranks starting in the digital department to their late-night programming at Nightline, and news specials about the Oscars, Royals, and The Year (which Central Talent Booking coincidentally books). Shifting from her years of journalism and production now into the booking realm, Stephanie thoroughly enjoys working closely with CTB’s talented team, as well as with each of their clients–from podcasts to late-night and digital.
Bella has over 25 years of experience booking celebrities. She started her career booking for the Rosie O'Donnell Show in 1996 and worked the entire run of the show until 2002. Bella then worked for Nickelodeon and MTV networks for a few years before she became the Talent Executive at Sesame Workshop in 2004. She has been booking celebrities for Sesame Street for the past 17 years, which includes specials and videos for Sesame Workshop. Bella thoroughly loves her job and dealing with talent. She is thrilled to join the CTB staff and put her expertise to work.
After working as a bicoastal producer and field director for 10 years, Adrienne joined CTB in 2016. In 2020 she served as Supervising Talent Booker at E! and was thrilled to return to the CTB team in the summer of 2021! It has been a fun and rewarding adventure working on a wide variety of shows and formats since. Adrienne has collaborated and helped run point on several clients ranging from live events, broadcast, digital and podcasts for networks and platforms such as A&E, Spotify’s Call Her Daddy, Wondery’s Baby, It’s Keke Palmer and The Rewatcher: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Comedy Central’s Hell of a Week with Charlamagne Tha God, Sony’s Best Friend Energy, ABC, TLC, HBO, Apple, Adult Swim, Facebook Watch, and more!
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Dave joined the CTB team in November of 2021. He comes to us after spending 22 years in LA Radio. The former Executive Producer of the Radio Hall of Fame “Kevin and Bean Show” on KROQ for the past 10 years, Dave is ready to continue booking the biggest talent for CTB.
Ashley is an Emmy-nominated talent booker and Los Angeles native. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Television, Film, and Media Studies from California State University, Los Angeles and has had a longstanding passion for entertainment.
Ashley has always considered herself a self-proclaimed comedy nerd, getting her start in entertainment working for Conan O’Brien’s TBS show, CONAN in their Talent Department.
Since joining CTB in 2018, Ashley has worked on a number of clients, a few including WTF with Marc Maron, This Past Weekend with Theo Von, The Rachel Hollis Podcast, Celebrity Jeopardy!, Impractical Jokers, Tab Time, The Rich Eisen Show, Vice TV’s Cari & Jemele (won’t) Stick to Sports,Wondery’sLife is Short with Justin Long and Wondery’s Baby, This is Keke Palmer.
Claire joined the CTB team in March 2019, and has since climbed the ranks from Talent Manager to Junior Talent Booker. Before CTB, she was a Talent Manager and Talent Producer for a variety of shows on leading networks such as NBC, ABC, Netflix, E! and TBS, where she handled all logistics for celebrity guests. She always greets talent with a smile and her top priority is to make the day run smoothly for all. She prides herself with maintaining relationships with not only Hollywood’s top representatives, but also the production teams. It is important for her to help bring all the puzzle pieces of a show together so everyone feels supported and knows CTB is on their side. She is grateful for the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects with an amazing group of CTB women. Claire leads by working hard and always staying kind.
Lindsey is a native of Prince George’s County, Maryland, who comes to us with a Bachelor’s in Marketing, concentrating in Consumer Behavior. In 2016, he began his career in entertainment with Dream 2 Destiny Studios covering politics on Capitol Hill, in Washington D.C. Since relocating to Los Angeles, Lindsey has not only had the opportunity to work with award-winning shows such as Red Table Talk, but also with the production teams at Zwick Post and Ambitious Media LLC. He looks forward to putting his experience to use with CTB.
Chelsea is Joanna Jordan's executive assistant here at CTB. Chelsea graduated with a degree in communications and brings over 10 years of administrative experience to the table, as well as expertise in logistics, scheduling and correspondence. Having held positions in business, legal, and PR fields, Chelsea is well equipped to handle all facets of this role. She's thrilled to be working in an ever evolving industry and excited to be part of the team.
Angie Lopez-Yepes is a Los Angeles native who likes to consider herself a American hispanic pop culture connoisseur. Being first generation Latin-American, she graduated from the University of La Verne with her B.A. in Communications with a double concentration in Public Affairs and Information and Broadcast Journalism. Going onto her 6th and final year, she is also in the U.S. Army Reserves since the age of 17. Angie has always known that she wanted to work in the entertainment industry and is excited to begin her career and future with the CTB team.
